For over a hundred years, we have been producing award winning dairy products. We believe cheesemaking is an art form that relies on two things: the quality and purity of the ingredients, and the skill and passion of the artisan.
Ian McClure’s family have been raising their pure bred Friesian and Jersey cows at the Riverside Farm since 1910. Now in their third generation of farming, Ian explains why he believes the milk his family produces is of such exceptional quality. Renowned for its lush, green landscape Ian believes there is nothing better to feed his herd than Fermanagh’s own pasture.

Like Ian, his son Henry believes a love of farming is something you’re born with. “To breed a calf you need to know cows, really appreciate them. On a spring day, there’s few places I’d rather be than on this farm.”
